Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

SALT Academy: Terms and Conditions

The tuition payment is due on the first of every month, starting on the month of June, for a total of 12 payments. Please select the question asking the type of plan you would like to select.

Tuition commitment remains until the end of the school year you have applied for.

Deductions will not be made for days, weeks, or months that a student may be absent from school. Vacations or long illnesses will not be deducted from tuition. All payments made to the school are non-refundable.

Payments should be made through our billing website Brightwheel.com once we set up your account. Checks are accepted if needed. Keep in mind there is a $35.00 returned check fee on all checks returned by the bank.

A notice will be sent home advising you of the returned check and amount due.

If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $40.00 late charge penalty will be incurred. This amount must be paid within 2 days of receiving the notice. Any delinquent account will be submitted to a collection agency.

A child may be dismissed when an account is two installment payments delinquent. In the case of financial hardship, the school administrator must be contacted.

Parents will not be issued a payment record for tax purposes; therefore, parents are responsible for retaining their own receipts.
